Hi, this depends totally on your set up. A skilled administrator can send Millions a day easily, however, a non-technical user on shared hosting would probably only manage a few hundred. The hosted service on phpList.com is configured for big sending if you don’t have the staff/time/skills to manage your own.

The main thing to bear in mind is what limits are imposed by your host. The settings are done in the config.php file, but using the extra details copied over from the config_extended.php file.
